Job Title: Vehicle Administrator
Location: Worcester (near six-fields stadium)
Working hours: 40 per week
Other: A driver is desirable due to lack of public transport nearbyWe are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the largest highway maintenance organisation's in the country, in search of a diligent and capable Vehicle Crossings Administrator. As a Vehicle Crossings Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration to provide the delivery of the drop kerb service for the Worcestershire contract, providing customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Excellent communications skills in telephone and emails
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential for delivering the service.
Process applications for drop kerb
Liaise with operations and WCC Client
Take payments over the phone
Match Banking and process works orders
Obtain utility service plans.
Maintain customer satisfaction
Work in partnership with client officers.
Work towards best value in all areas.
Actively foster a positive staff morale.
Accept and carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of management.
Attend and participate in team briefings.
Continually review processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.Criteria:
Previous experience in an administration position is essential
Knowledge/interest in automotive industries is desirable
Excellent administration skills
Positive professional attitude
MS Office (word, excel) - IT literate
