Lead Product Manager - Nottingham - GBP 45,000 - 55,000 DOE

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will handle the strategy, people, systems, and processes efficiently.

This role requires you to work from the Nottingham-based office. Therefore, you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.

There is an option for hybrid working after the probation period.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager include:

The intersection of product, people, processes, and systems
The group responsible for product roadmap and leadership
Understanding user and market needs for the product
Development of product requirements and design
Ensuring successful product delivery
Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with the productKey Skillset:

5 years + of product management experience
Strong background in Software Development
Experience bringing an SAAS product to market and owning it's success
The ability to develop and communicate a clear product strategy, including product vision and roadmap
Management and leadership skills to guide the product team and manage stakeholders
Strong customer focus and the ability to gather customer insights through research, data analysis, and customer feedback
Deep understanding of the product development process, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launching products
Product delivery experience
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
