Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for finding skilled labourers for construction projects? Reds10 is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our construction projects across the UK. As a key member of our HR and Recruitment team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient allocation of resources to our construction sites.

- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, online platforms, industry networks, and direct sourcing.
- Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability for construction labour roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand labour requirements and preferences.
- Present shortlisted candidates, facilitate interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure an amazing candidate experience by providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Organise and coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and assessments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational training centres, and industry associations to expand the talent pool.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Sound knowledge of labour market dynamics, particularly in the construction sector.
- Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment techniques, including online job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
- Professional demeanour, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
