Job Description

Build strong working relationships with the Sales team, Engineering team, internal Sales Admin Team, Key Customers and Distributors.
Vision to see opportunities and expand our product sales/portfolio.
Identify new strategic opportunities.
Use technical strength to support the sales team by engaging key opportunities.
Interact with all departments to put the business in the best possible situation for supporting our customers and distributors.
Act as the link between the sales team and all other key departments for the business
Work with our Principles to expand products into new markets.
Manage and form strong relationships with our Distributors.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Electronics industry experience (essential).
At ease with technology and comfortable with CRM software.
Effective sales leader and manager.
Experienced in negotiation strategy and implementation.
Digital marketing, content and pricing experience.
Confident international traveller.
Face-to-face sales experience and knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.
Able to assess and control pricing structures, calculations and mathematical figures.
Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers.
