3R Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team within an exciting Chester based company.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business across several different industries. The Sales Executive will be tasked to promote the benefits of the business to lapsed and new clients and be able to sell and manage multiple clients through to completion.

Monday – Friday

09:00 – 17:00

£24,000 - £26,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

* Hit and exceed KPIs.

* Actively promote and sell to new and lapsed clients.

* Build a strong pipeline of prospects for multiple products and close business.

* Work closely with internal stakeholders and departments to deliver on client expectations.

* Forecast personal revenue generation clearly monthly.

* Proactively reach high levels of outbound prospecting.

* Develop new business through strategic prospecting.

* Use promotional strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

* Analyse and identify growth opportunities.

* Deliver excellent customer service.

* Attend key meetings in UK and overseas as necessary to develop business opportunities.

About You

* Must have sales experience.

* Highly motivated, confident and a self-starter.

* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to impact results.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Competent IT skills

* A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

* Organisation across multiple tasks.

* Commercially aware.

* Demonstrable experience of working under pressure.

* Educated to a degree level or equivalent in Business or Marketing an advantage.

* Overnight travel in the UK and overseas will be expected in this role.
