About the Company:

Our client was formed 40 years ago by a group of highly experienced construction leaders and is a well-respected mid-sized contracting entity. This contractor focuses predominantly on high quality refurbishment, structural and fit our contracts typically within the London and M25 region. They operate in a diverse market carrying out works for private clients as well as frameworks. The portfolio includes prime residential, commercial, ecclesial / historic and museums. They count Royal Parks, Grosvenor Estate Natural History / Imperial War Museum and private hospitals amongst their client portfolio.

About the Role:

I have been working with this client for a number of years and given their outstanding market presence they have won a number of contracts, and are seeking a Project Manager to join the delivery team. The candidate will have experience in the high class building projects including historical, hertitage and prime residential (build and refurb). They would like to bring somebody in who will initially be running a circa £10m refurbishment of a prestigious London property consisting of structural alterations (cut and carve) through to fit out.

You will be based on the project near the M25 and central London.

About Benefits and Rewards:

* £70,000 - £85,000 (Dependant on project exposure & experience)

Requirements:

The client is looking for a Project Manager with a proven history working on high specification projects, with experience in structural alterations & refurbishment. You must be driven and have a hard work ethic. You must also have a structured permanent career.

* Construction Degree / CIOB affiliation preferred
