Working with the Sous/ Head Chef

* Constantly demonstrate, develop and maintain agreed food standards

* Contribute towards menu planning and costing as requested

* Maintain food safety

* Raise orders of required ingredients to the Head Chef

* Flexible with shifts and working in various areas across the site

* Fresh food

* Take pride in what you do

* Ensure the kitchen are maintained to high level of cleanliness

Due to the location you MUST have your OWN transport
