Trainers/Instructors Support Team Leaders and Team Leaders for the Fire Service, dealing with international students

Permanent roles

Monday to Friday – upto 40 hours per week

Based in the countryside near Gloucester, however, do not need to reside in the location, as for this role you can also reside anywhere in the UK and then stay free of charge in paid for accommodation if you are more than an hour travel each way, but can go home on a Thursday evening or Friday morning and return on a Sunday, so able to go and visit family etc or can stay in the accommodation all week, including some weekends, can stay 2 weekends every month

Will also look at ex-pats who now reside abroad, but who want to come back to the UK to work, must have a UK passport

Free use of the gym, swimming pool, tennis courts etc, subsidised meals, restaurant/bar

Some days can be working from home to deal with remote learners, paperwork and then coming into the centre for classroom delivery If you do not wish to travel in on those days

Job role:-

Various levels available

We are seeking Trainers/Instructors, Assistant/Support Team Leaders and Team Leaders for the international students division for the Fire Service

The roles are dealing with international students, mainly from the Middle East

Deliver instructional content for classroom delivery for Breathing Apparatus and FTBI instruction – must have experience in delivering training as a Firefighter in groups even if not qualified, but internally qualified with the Fire Service or been a Team Leader in the past in the Fire Service or similar Army, Navy who have dealt with breathing apparatus instruction

Must have experience in dealing with international colleagues or students

This division deliver a high-quality training experience to the Fire Service customers and delegates

Assisting the international sales team in developing offerings for new and existing international clients to understand what is required by the students

Liaising with the programming and scheduling team when planning resources, staff timetable requirements

The courses are already put together but given the details and a timetable of what to deliver – then you put your own mark on the delivery.

Leading a team of Trainers for the Team leader roles

They will put you though either TAQA, PTTLS or BTEC to achieve in 6 months if you do not already have one of these qualifications.
