Are you a Sales Executive who specialises in campaign strategy?

This position offers hybrid working.
The main focus of this role is to build Relish campaigns and clients through cold outreach.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
driving business through cold outreach.
building new relationships.
understanding the financial requirements of a campaign.
growing revenue/number of bookings from existing clients.
up-selling Relish offering.
using contacts to build pipeline.
building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline in line with targets.
using CRM software to track outreach and campaign progress.
creating and presenting custom decks for pitching new ideas and Relish offering.
closing the sales and ensuring the campaign is a success.
working closely with the Client Services team and Warm Cycle Team.

Enthusiastic about FMCG/Health and Beauty
Ability to manage a pipeline and juggle multiple clients/conversations
Confidence to network in a professional capacity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - tested at interview stage
Confident, enthusiastic and trustworthy
Self-motivated and able to work to internal and client deadlines/targets
Calm under pressure and able to deal with changing priorities, good at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and adapt to client requirements and last-minute changes
Ability to up-sell Relish touchpoints
A team player that can work autonomously when required
Ability to be flexible with working hours as some projects / meetings may require working outside of core hours
Resilience and tenacity
A knowledge of the FMCG, health, beauty & fashion industries and its customers
Creative skills/mindset to help advise clients on copy and creative
Prior marketing agency/sales experience would be beneficial
Full, clean driving licence
Confidence to bring ideas forward to the business
