Territory 2 Refurbishment: South & West London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire
Products: A flat roof system, including a range of waterproofing, insulation, solar and green roof solutions
Customers: Architects, specifiers, main contractors, roofing contractors, local authorities and surveyors

THE ROLES - Area Sales Manager:

* Two technical sales roles, both inheriting established and well performing areas to manage and develop

* Promoting an industry leading flat roof system, that includes a range of waterproofing options, insulation, solar PV and green roof solutions

* Tracking either commercial new-build or refurbishment roofing projects across the public and private sector

* Working with an established network of architects, main contractors, roofing contractors, local authorities and surveyors

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS:

* A sales professional with a successful track record of field sales within the construction industry

* First class presentation and communication skills, and a consultative and structured approach is essential

* My client will happily recruit from within the roofing, waterproofing and building envelope sector

* Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other specification and technical construction backgrounds
