This SHE Manager role is with a globally operating chemical manufacturer specializing in manufacturing a range of hygiene chemical products that supply the food, healthcare, hospitality and industrial sectors. We are seeking a driven SHE Manager that has the ability to be a self-directed achiever, working effectively with cross functional teams within and outside of the manufacturing plant. This role has high long-term expectations with the company looking at succession planning as a priority. The role is taking responsibility for all everything relating to Safety, Health and Environmental across the chemical plant and supporting operations.

Responsibilities of the SHE Manager;

Engaging in a career and personal development plan to aid with progression through the company.
Maintaining compliance with COMAH and ensuring site standards laid out in the COMAH safety report and updated when required.
Lead Process Safety assessment and analysis, with HAZOP and LOPA knowledge being preferrable.
COSHH Administrator for site.To be successful in this position it would be beneficial to have previous experience as a SHE Manager, or in a related area (Process Safety, Health and Safety, Auditing etc). The company is ideally looking for a candidate educated to degree level, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.

The SHE Manager can expect to receive a benefits package in addition to salary that includes a pension contribution up to 7%, private health and dental care, annual bonus up to 10%, life assurance, and annual salary reviews of 2-3%.
