A Global Company are actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a 12-month contract. You will be working for a successful business who offer flexible and hybrid working!

Duties include:

* Handling varied customer transactions; including inbound calls, customer order entry and servicing customer accounts; communicate with other departments and providers to research (analyze) and resolve issues, assist to identify and implement service solutions; monitor progress using service measurement systems.

* Performing various order management tasks including: initiating order changes, order consolidations, import/export, expedites, managing phase in/phase out order line switches, worklist management, special handling instructions, batch management, certificates management, variant configuration, scheduling agreements – plus checking on order status.

* Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Following up with customers before accepting orders if non-compliant orders, and eventually reports potential compliancy issues to their supervisor before accepting the order.

* Participating in customer meetings to identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiency.

* Working towards established KPI’s and targets in Customer Service and participates and might lead Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and have a professional telephone manner.

Working Hours – 36.25 hours Monday – Friday.

Hourly Rate - £13.72 (weekly pay)

Contract – 12 months (+)
