Title: DevOps Engineer
Employment Type: 6 month contract + possible extension
£600 a day OUTSIDE IR35
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week to London/ Manchester Office

My client in London is seeking an DevOps Engineer on a contractual basis. This is a chance to become part of the Platform Engineering Team which is responsible for CI/CD, upgrades of the organisation's platform and migration of legacy services to cloud infrastructure.

Experience:
Knowledge of and experience in the following:

Cloud Based Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Automation tools e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Artifactory or Concourse
Containerisation (Docker)
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Skilled in operational maintenance e.g. patching or upgrading
Able to work within structured frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
Experience within financial industry is preferential but not essential.
Technical:

Proven experience of a selection of the following technologies is desirable:
Microsoft Azure and AWS (including AWS Networking)
ELK Stack
Mesosphere
CI/CD
Docker
