ACR have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager working with a large scale residnetial developer on a traditional build housing scheme in Hemel Hempstead . The site itself consists of around 600 timber frame houses.

We require an Assistant Site Manager to work onthe scheme looking after all elements of the new build process, including the external and internal elements of the new build process.

The ideal candidate will have exposure in management on residential schemes of a similar nature/size with a valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
