Job Title: Senior Operations Cleaning Manager
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus Bonus & Company Vehicle, Fuel Card
Location: London, Hertfordshire & Essex

The successful Operations Cleaning Manager must have a proven track record of managing and leading teams. You will be overseeing contracts across the business throughout London, Herts and Essex, to maximise client retention and growth.

If you have Operations Cleaning Management experience within the following sectors - Commercial Offices, Schools, or GP Surgeries this would be the perfect opportunity to join a great company.

Requirements for the Senior Operations Cleaning Manager:

* Strong Literacy, IT and Numeracy Skills

* Able to solve problems and implement solutions

* Strong communication skills

* Ensure that the monthly Cleaning Audits are carried out by the Area Managers and corrective measures are implemented in a timely manner

* Preparing and writing monthly reports

* Budget management and able to forecast expenditure

* Building and developing strong client relationships

* Client retention

* Good Health & Safety knowledge

* HR knowledge - Disciplinaries, Investigations, RTW, Sick Leave, Managing Absence

* Able to work flexible hours

* Live in London or Hertfordshire but must be open to covering London, Herts, and Essex

* Clean UK Driving Licence
