A multidisciplinary construction practice, based in London, are seeking a Building Surveyor, to join their ever-growing team of 13.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the new Building Surveyor, you will work on predominantly residential properties, with some new build, carrying out the full range of Building Surveying services including; Contract administration, employers agent, professional surveys and projects.

The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from uncapped career progression and clear pathways to Directorship. You will help to support junior Surveyors in their APC progression and work closely with them on schemes.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS, AssocRICS - If not chartered then 4+ years Building Surveying experience
RICS accredited degree
Residential property market experience
Strong communication - both written and verbal
Reliable, team playing and dedicatedIn return?

£40,000 - £55,000
