My client a smashing software company (with a difference) is now looking for a Dutch speaking person to support their internal sales team and re-sellers who are based in Benelux and other worldwide regions.

Company benefits include- 20 days holiday rising to 30 days after 2 years’ service, laptop, extensive support and training.

The role

* Processing of orders

* Checking Po’s and managing CRM

* Setting up necessary recalls for installations

* Managing telephone and e, mails

* Putting clients on hold when required

* Arranging travel for the sales team Managing the shared in box

Key skills

* High levels of English and spoken Dutch

* Experience of working in a customer centric environment

* Able to resolve complex issues.

* Great organisation skills
