Aligra in Reading is looking for an Office Administrator for a 6-month fixed term contract at our prestigious client based in Hanwell.

Duties

* General Office Duties

* Emailing customers

* Basic IT Work

* Answering the telephone / Making calls

* Experience of using an ERP Light Transaction system is preferred but not essential. (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Requirements

* Experienced in Office Administration

* Available for the duration of the 6-month contract
