Position: Regional Relief Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

As a Regional Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support to care homes that may find themselves short of a manager due to various reasons. Your expertise and leadership will be invaluable in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Step in as an interim manager for care homes as needed, maintaining smooth operations and high standards of care
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring they have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional care
Uphold regulatory compliance and company policies within each assigned care home
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction
Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector
Strong understanding of care home operations and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations as required
RGN qualification preferred but not essential
