Assistant Site Manager / Engineer, Richmond
Our client is a growing main contractor undertaking a mixture of new build and refurbishment / cut & carve schemes primarily across London generally within M25 region. Despite being a relatively new organisation (less than 10-years old) they are already turning over close to £100m with a realistic growth target of £140m for the next financial year. Project values range from £10m - £35m (and growing) with larger tenders of £50m+ in the pipeline.
The need now exists for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join the team initially involved on a project in Richmond, SW London. This is a £15m scheme involving the extension to an existing commercial building, followed by internal reconfiguration (including structural works) and full external recladding.
The ideal candidate would have a Degree in Civil Engineering and have between 2-5 years post-graduate experience (less if studying on the job). Applicants should be driven, ambitious and keen to progress their career with a dynamic, rapidly expanding organisation.
Applicant must have at least 2-years on-site experience (unfortunately we cannot offer the role to a graduate without any practical experience) applications are welcomed from candidates coming from any of: Graduate Manager, Junior Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager. Engineer, Assistant Engineer roles.
