Senior Accountant required to join a well-established 2 partner Accountancy practice based in central Sheffield.

The practice are seeking an ambitious Accounts Senior with multiple years' experience within an accountancy practice to join the well-rounded team.

The role will be varied and will entail accounts preparation for a range of differing clients, tax returns, management accounts and dealing with the clients with regards to any queries/advisory.

Senior Accountant Position Overview

Preparation of sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts past the draft stage

Preparation of Management accounts when required

Preparation of VAT returns

Assisting juniors and providing training when required

Preparation of business, personal and corporation tax returns

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in a practice

The ideal candidate will be a qualified senior accountant and have ambition to take the next step in their career

AAT, ACCA, ACA or ICAEW part/qualified

A good working knowledge of cloud accounting software is advantageous

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

£25,000 - £32,000 per annum
