A large regional firm are looking for a corporate lawyer to join their sought-after team in their new office near Guildford.

The Corporate Lawyer

The successful Corporate Lawyer will work with a diverse range of companies, assisting them in matters that span a broad range of a company lifecycle.

The Corporate Lawyer will get to work with a high quality of caseload covering a range of sectors including technology, fashion, media and hospitality.

The Corporate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, equity and capital matters and commercial agreements and transactions.

The Corporate Lawyer

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
NQ - 3 PQE
Proven track record in Corporate & Commercial Law
Exceptional drafting skills
Strong understanding of M&A fund-raising
Proactive and team-oriented
Strong ICT skills
Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
