Excellent opportunity for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer with an authentic passion for sustainability to join an organisation where they can be involved in varied, unique and high-profiled work.

This company is considered the leading turnkey engineering contractor in the UK for the Energy and Heating industries.

They have been operating for over 30 years, have hundreds of employees across the country and are looking to expand with plans to grow approximately 20-25% year on year. They are committed to providing a whole life cycle approach covering everything from design and installation to operation and maintenance.

In this role you will be assisting the O&M Managers and Team Leaders in ensuring that all Quality Management and Compliance Documentation relating to Operations and Maintenance activities are correct for each site across all of the company's sites.

As O&M Engineer you will also be required to ensure that all contractual obligations and HSE objectives are being fulfilled to guarantee that both equipment and plants are maintained and operated at a safe and controlled level.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar industrial environment and comfortable working with and lifting heavy equipment.

The role:

Prepare Method statements, Risk, COSHH Assessments and Permits to Work
Ensure all Quality Management and Compliance documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Undertake planned preventative and reactive maintenance
Ensure Health and Safety is maintained across the plantThe person:

Qualified to at least a National Diploma, City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a Mechanical, Electrical or Gas engineering background
Background in operating and maintaining both commercial and domestic heating systems
Experience with domestic hot water systems, LTHW/LPHW and Steam
OFTEC Certificate or Steam BOAS qualification desirable
Hold a full UK Driving LicenceReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
