Job Summary

We’re looking for ambitious cloud developers to join our cloud platform team and accelerate our technology roadmap. You’ll be working as part of a small, focused team to create cloud-based solutions hosted in Azure. The role is Home Based in the UK.

We’re looking for problem solvers with good communication skills, who are seeking to broaden their technology exposure, gain experience, and make a positive impact in a respected organisation. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of creative problem-solving using code with a strong grasp of object-oriented principles, patterns, and practises, with the ability to quickly assimilate new languages and frameworks.

Accountabilities and main responsibilities C# .NET Developer

What you’ll be doing:

*

Assist in the design and development of new and existing services

*

Participating in team ceremony including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives

*

Helping to identify MVP solutions to business problems and de-risk delivery roadmaps

*

Creating, maintaining, and extending test suites for the technologies you and the wider team are delivering

*

Managing stories and tasks assigned to you, reporting back progress and any issues you face

*

Triaging and fixing bugs and adding new tests or CI actions to prevent recurrence

*

Writing code-level documentation, working with others to document wider architectures, processes, and components

*

Undertaking exams to demonstrate your capabilities, helping our organisation retain its certifications accreditations

Essential:

*

Strong experience of developing with .Net (C#), ASP.Net

*

Experience working with data storage

*

Experience working with code under source control – ideally GIT

*

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

*

A good understanding of Cloud – ideally Azure

Desirable:

*

Experience developing RESTfull services

*

Experience with IaC, CI/CD (GitHub Actions and/or DevOps Pipelines) and Azure tooling such as PowerShell and ARM templates.

*

Experience working with React and/or Angular

*
