Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an immediate start in Witham. This is a temporary position with the view to go permanent. Working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30 / 4pm finish on a Friday.
Paying £11.00 - £12.70 per hour depending on experience.
The key duties in this Purchase Ledger Clerk role will include but are not limited to:
Administer all processes (ordering, invoicing, paying/receiving, recording)
Assist in processing of monthly payroll
Oversee the processing of orders (ensuring correct coding etc)
Process and record all creditor invoices
Deal with all creditor queries and statements, by telephone or written correspondence
Allocate/record departmental budgets to Xero cost centres
To record ledger transactions
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Purchase Ledger experience
From an education background (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
