Customer Account Manager
Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside
£27,500 Base Salary + Commission Structure

The company -

An industry leading tech-forward supplier to the automotive industry, established for over 40 years with a strong partnership with leading dealer networks across the country.

With over 350 staff country wide, the team is looking to grow with a new Customer Success Manager to help continue the growth of the company and develop existing business whilst engaging with inbound business orders.

The Role -

- Dealing and processing inbound orders with the occasional outbound call to follow up on a query.
- Manage key accounts effectively while growing customer relationships
- Work with the wider sales team to ensure any customer issues are dealt with swiftly and consistently
- Liaise with customer support and customer service teams to ensure that all calls are directed to the right team
- Up sell and cross sell on inbound calls

The Person–

- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Previous account management experience is preferable
- Ability to work towards targets whilst being highly driven
- Familiarity with an internal CRM or order processing system
*Automotive sector sales experience is highly preferred but not essential*
