Due to the increase in demand, they are looking for a proactive, organised, and motivated individual to support across the department with the coordination of various projects, staff, and volunteers.

The successful Project Coordinator will:

Support the operational delivery of projects, schemes, and initiatives - both new and existing, including face-to-face advice, outreach projects, schemes that provide practical assistance to their clients, and the operation of their ground-floor client-facing reception.
Support the team Manager with other duties as needed to ensure continuous service delivery for our clients and appropriate support and supervision for our staff and volunteers.
Support the training and development of new staff and volunteers in the department in their transition to live-client work, and you will assist managers with quality assurance across the projects.
Work collaboratively with their existing Project Coordinator and the Management team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services across all projects.
Be an excellent communicator – able to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels of the organisation.
Be proficient in working across multiple projects and teams, able to plan your time well. The ideal candidate will thrive on working with a diverse range of people and be open-minded, approachable, and non-judgmental.

You will have excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic client-facing service. Proven experience of supervising and coaching others, and an understanding of the nuances between supporting staff and volunteers, is essential. A background in information and advice, and a working knowledge of common advice issues is desirable, but training will be provided.
