Leaders in Care are helping a healthcare provider in Portsmouth find an experienced Homecare Nurse. You'll be working in close partnership with a local hospital, and you'll earn an excellent salary of up to £36,500 per annum plus a free Company Car or car allowance.

As a Homecare Nurse in the community, you will be working in close partnership with a local hospital and NHS services.

Focusing on IV therapy in the comfort of patients' homes
Overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care.To apply for this community nurse role, you'll need to be a registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN. You'll also need:

A full UK driving license
Experience in community-based work (desirable)
Experience within an acute setting and competence in the administration of IV treatments.In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you'll receive a generous salary of up to £36,500 per annum plus a free Company Car or £4,250 car allowance each year!
