A reputable company seeks a skilled Modular Construction Site Supervisor to join their team. The Supervisor will oversee site construction teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, monitoring progress, controlling quality, and minimising environmental impact. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to contribute to construction projects and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide site construction teams for efficient project execution.
Oversee on-site contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and time lines.
Monitor attendance and collect time sheets for accurate records.
Maintain strict control of health and safety standards.
Record, control, and report on project progress.
Minimise environmental impact through sustainable practices.
Ensure delivery of high-quality projects.
Manage time sheets for on-site teams and contractors.
Assist Project Managers in managing on-site projects.
Support commercial staff in monitoring on-site costs.Required Knowledge:

Health & Safety: Understand risk assessment and safety behaviours.
Sustainability: Comprehend economic, social, and environmental aspects.
Construction technology: Familiarity with modular construction methods and materials.
Construction Management: Understand basic management principles and project management life cycle.
Planning and organising: Proficient in project planning, resourcing, and analysis.
Monitor quality: Define and ensure required quality on finished projects.
Monitor costs: Understand importance of cost control.Key Performance Areas:

Supervise and monitor on-site Health & Safety practices.
Manage sustainability efforts and record environmental impact.
Assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
Supervise on-site projects under guidance.
Plan and organise work schedules aligned with project plans.
Monitor and report on-site quality standards.
Exercise professional judgement and adhere to industry standards.
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Contribute effectively in management and related meetings.Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Level 4 qualification in Construction and Built Environment.
