Regional Clinical Support Nurse - Care Homes - Supernumerary hours 

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 + £3,000 car allowance 

Location: Suffolk and Norfolk 

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse ( ideally working as a senior nurse, clinical lead or deputy manager) looking to join a very supportive care home group.

As the Regional Clinical Support Nurse you will:
Support the Home Managers with Clinical audits.
Provide support and guidance with action plans, support homes with issues of clinical governance as they arise.
Offer advice and guidance to nursing staff in conjunction with the Home Manager to carry out complex nursing care and provide guidance and coaching in all areas of clinical service.
Developing good relationships with appropriate local external bodies including the Local Authority and CCG.
Conducting investigations of accidents/incidents where required, you will report to the Home Manager all clinical matters that effect the management of the Home
To be considered for this role you must have a live NMC PIN and a full driving licence.  RGN, RMN or RNLD ( Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse )
