Operations Support Manager

Our client is looking for an Operations Support Manage to join their growing team, this opportunity is based in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday offering a salary of up to £31,000. Travel to other sites across the UK may be required. The Operations Support Manager will report to the Client Services Manager and the Deputy Client Services Manager.

The company advises major companies across corporate, commercial, finance and project, real estate, and litigation business divisions with specialist fields such as private capital; energy, financial services, health and life sciences, real estate, retail and consumer, construction, and transport sectors; and has a strong interest in tech.

What you will be doing?

As the Operations Support Manager you will manage the room reservations, facilities help-desk and switchboard functions providing the highest levels of client care and service, to a clients, colleagues, and service partners, in line with agreed service level agreements and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring that all bookings made within the reservations team are of an exceptional standard and you will support the day to day running of the facilities help-desk as well as ensuring consistently high operating standards of the Switchboard.

What skills you will have?

Proven successful People Management skills, with proven relevant management experience of Customer / Client services delivery. You will have the ability to deliver a bespoke service tailored to specific client needs.

Your will have brilliant communication skills at all levels, be results oriented with the ambition of continuous improvement.

You will have experience of leading and managing high performing teams, be self-motivated and the ability to adapt.

You will understand meeting room booking software systems and how this technology can be used to benefit efficiency, reporting and auditing. Be IT and computer literate specifically including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

If you have experience in events, corporate guest services, luxury hotels this would be desirable but not essential.
