Mobile Receptionist Role - Newcastle

Our corporate client based in Newcastle are recruiting for a Mobile Receptionist experienced in similar corporate environments to join their friendly team. The Ideal candidate will be flexible with location as the role requires working across different sites. This permanent role will be 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, on rotating shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm. The salary for the Mobile Receptionist role is £24000 to £26000 per annum.

What will you be doing?

The position includes covering various roles from general administrative duties, to delivering a high standard of customer service to clients by providing services offered by the business in a professional and efficient manner. The Mobile receptionist role will also include seeing to any queries, handling calls with internal and external communications to help to plan meetings and events.

What skills will you have?

The Mobile Receptionist role will require a well organised, well presented, and literate individual. You must have receptionist experience as well as experience working within a corporate environment. You will be able to adapt easily to the various roles across the different sites and have a great level of passion and drive to develop within the role. You will have fantastic attention to detail and be quick thinking to handle any situations promptly.

What is on offer?

This amazing Mobile receptionist role will be 40 hours a week Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 7am - 7pm. Likely shift pattern 8-5 or 9-6. This will exclude bank holidays. You will receive pension, discounts, and travel reimbursement. The position is subject to a 3-month probation period. Successful candidate will be eligible for £250 quarterly bonus.
