Our clients are one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers and transport solution providers with an award-winning portfolio of vehicles.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Parts Sales Advisor to control the activities in the Parts Department. You’ll be leading the team by solving complex parts-related queries, promoting sales, and maintaining stock levels to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities

* Lead a dedicated team of parts sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.

* Take ownership of the parts department's daily activities, including managing stock levels and coordinating orders.

* Proactively identify and maximize sales opportunities.

* Resolve complex queries and technical challenges related to parts identification, compatibility, and fitment for a range of vehicles, including vans, cars, and coaches.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions using our internal systems.

* Uphold and promote a high level of customer service.

Skills required.

* Previous experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

* Strong knowledge of automotive parts, their applications, and compatibility with different vehicle models.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability.

* Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for inventory management and sales tracking.
