£20-£26K Per annum (Salary negotiable dependent on experience) OTE £35K-£45K + Rewards & Incentives.

Daniel Owen is now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Construction Trades & Labour team in our office based in Bristol.

This opportunity will see you having the luxury of working on a warm desk that currently has live vacancies & clients that will be handed over to you from day one, giving you the opportunity to progress and achieve great success even in your first few months. With the team having an exceptional name in the Bristol area and reputation in the industry this will be a huge benefit to you when building relationships with new & existing clients.

You will also be working alongside a Senior Team Manager that specializes in Recruiting for the industry who will give you the support & knowledge to set you up for a successful career in Recruitment.

What will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

Regardless of recent experience you will be enrolled on our 3-month training scheme to ensure the most success throughout your time here.

Identifying and exploring exciting business opportunities with prospective clients through business development and sales calls
Establishing and maintaining committed relationships with your clients and candidates
Screening and interviewing a range of candidates and placing them in roles that match their levels of skill and experience.
Building and managing your own team of candidates within the Gas industry
Regularly visiting clients and candidates on site.
Attending regular service review meetings with your clients.
Building your own social media presence to network with individuals within Trades & LabourThe key qualities to success in sales are to be motivated, driven, goal orientated and most importantly ambitious.
