Pre-Works Coordinator
 
I am recruiting for a Pre-Works Coordinator based in Birmingham.
The Pre-Works Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring any maintenance repairs on the network are done within the target time to ensure KPIs are met.
 
This individual will be in an extremely fast paced environment with daily reactive changes. We are looking for some with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn new skills. Candidates ideally should have previous planning and scheduling experience.
 
The successful candidate will be planning repairs on:
·Carriageway
·Footway
·Street Lighting
·Arboriculture 
·Street Furniture
·Drainage
 
The responsibilities of the role are
·Validating Jobs and Enquiries for requirements
·Creating Stats Plans
·Organising traffic management
·Creating Programmes of work
·Scheduling Jobs in Confirm
·Keeping Confirm updated with any additional information required
