Change Analyst - Eastleigh - Full time hours - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - £32,000 - £33,820 - 2 year contract

We are working with a long standing client based in Eastleigh who are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join them on a 2 year contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a well known organisation and a great team of dedicated individuals.

The Change Analyst duties include:

Working closely with departments across the service to provide assurance that impacts, resulting from any change activity or documented ways of working, are duly identified, considered, recorded, controlled and monitored ensuring effective risk mitigation for service, its workforce, partners and employees.
Work closely with change leads to define measurable benefits that contribute to corporate priorities.
Work closely with team leads to provide evidence that recommendations resulting from evaluations have been implemented providing assurance of a learning and improving culture.
Support Change Leads and PPG owners (Policy, Procedure and Guidance) with the impact assessment process to consider who and what may be impacted by the change activity or documented ways of working.
Monitor and maintain the impact assessments catalogue and library of documents to enable effective performance reporting of identified impacts across the service
Support Change Leads with the development of effective benefits plans to enable informed decision making through business cases and/or papers to Executive Group.
Work closely with the change leads, and Organisational Performance where appropriate, to extract appropriate baseline data to support the evidencing of benefits realisation.
Manage and maintain a catalogue of benefits to ensure that the impacts of multiple change activities can be tracked and appropriately reported to the Integrated Performance and Assurance Board, and others where appropriate.
Continue to develop the various tools associated with benefits management, such as the benefits catalogue, to ensure they are in line with the latest technology available.
Support business as usual team leads to undertake evaluations for closed change activity enabling appropriate evidence that expected benefits have been realised; and where relevant inform organisational learning if required.
Using the Safety Plan, Audit Plan and instruction from IPAB support planned and ad-hoc evaluations on core business activities to determine the most effective and efficient ways of working and make recommendations to ensure learning can be maximised to drive further improvements.
Maintain a library of scheduled and completed evaluations, with recommendations, if identified, to enable effective performance reporting and management through IPAB.
Continue to develop the various tools associated with evaluations, such as the evaluation library, to ensure they are in line with the latest technology available.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
