Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with a Health and Safety Consultancy specialising in the Agricultural sector who have an opening for a Junior Health and Safety Consultant. The post holder will partner with and shadow a qualified consultant visiting clients to design and develop personalised Health and Safety packages, working with the team to build understanding and competence. This opportunity has a hybrid working arrangement and will suit candidates residing in Oxfordshire, with the ability to travel to client sites.

The Junior Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:

Developing your learning and knowledge with the help of experienced consultants.
Learning and championing industry leading cloud-based systems and technology.
Providing advice to clients in accordance with current UK and EU legislation.
Fulfilling clients' needs within agreed timescales, building and maintaining positive working relationships.
The ideal Junior Health and Safety Consultant requires:

Experience or knowledge of the Agricultural sector and a solid understanding of the rural environment.
A desire to start a career in Health and Safety with no previous experience or training necessarily required.
A pragmatic, flexible approach to work and a commitment to learning.
A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel nationally.
