Sure Commercial are looking for an expeirenced Service Delivery Manager for £350 per day INSIDE IR35, on an initial 2 month contract (likely to extend) based in Kingston Upon Thames.

Brief overview / job description

As part of the team you will be responsible for

BAU Vista - continue relationship building with vista

Liaise with Vista for continued training meetings
Document and report progress
Reduce existing historic tickets/incidents
Reduce high call volumes and reduce duplications
Complete and take ownership of chargeables accounts
Investigate issues that a relevant with ongoing BAU service problems and come up with a plan/remedyChair meetings and document

Service delivery meetings
Weekly stand up plus deliver key notesProject service support

Admin
Scheduling
Technical support
Cover for members of the team
Raise change request, understand the processLook after accounts

Service
Planning
Financial reviews
Sign off and raise POProject manager

Run existing projects

Provide support to service desk
Escalate when asked to appropriate departments
Control BAU escalations - keep close control and relationship between Vista
Ownership of escalations
Lessons learned documentationHave a good working knowledge of EPOS, IT, comms, cabling, networks, switches, AP's and most IT related hardware/software
