Are you a skilled CNC TURNER with the ability to program/set/edit & operate? If so our client has a role for you!! 

Cubed Talent is working with a well-established precision engineering business who have been in business for over 50 years. The business boasts a well-equipped, well-maintained machine shop easily accessible from Bradford, Brighouse, Halifax and Huddersfield. 

They specialise in precision machined components supplying to a variety of industries including Oil/Gas, Petrochemical/Food & Sub-sea both to the UK and Overseas markets.
As a CNC Turner, you will work from drawings to produce components to client specifications ensuring all quality standards are adhered to and the product is machined OTIF. 

The Role 

Working from technical engineering drawings 
Program/set/edit & operate CNC Turning machines (Doosan) 
Programming with FANUC controls
Running multiple machines
Working on batch and one off’s 
Machining steels/ Inconel and exotics 
Working to tolerances of 20 microns 
Inspection using Micrometers/Verniers/Calipers & Gauges About You 

Apprentice trained or time served engineer 
Ability to program/set/edit & operate 
Experienced with FANUC controls and Live Tooling 
Ability to work well within a team What’s in it for you?

This position is offered on a permanent basis working a DAY SHIFT 
Salary up to £33,592 DOE 
Mon - Thu 7am - 3:30pm & Fri 7am - 1pm 
Overtime paid at an enhanced rate 
28 days holiday (available to book off by the hour)
