Matomo Implementation Specialist

A large UK business is looking for a Web Analytics Specialist who can set-up and implement Matomo (formerly Piwik). You will be responsible for deploying and configuring Matomo, setting up tracking codes, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

This is a fully remote contract role working outside IR35.

For this Matomo Implementation role you require experience / skills in the following:

Proven experience in implementing and managing Matomo
Deploying and configuring Matomo on various websites and platforms
Integrate Matomo tracking codes into websites, web applications, and mobile apps
Set up tracking parameters, goals, events, and conversions within Matomo to capture relevant data.
Implement and manage tag management systems
Conduct A/B tests and multivariate testing to optimize website performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of Matomo and alignment with business goals.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the effective use of Matomo, including data interpretation and reporting.
