Title: Sales Team Leader   

Location: St Asaph, Denbighshire   

Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri)  

Salary: Up to £25,000 

Contract: Temporary for 9 months (maternity cover)  

Conveniently located on Junction 26 off the A55, 40 minutes from Chester and Wrexham by car or by local public transport links.

About the role:   

You will be trained to create a working schedule to ensure delivery of GreenThumb Lawn treatments to our customers. To exceed expectations and to deliver high quality, efficient service for both our customers and our lawn operators. 

What you’ll be doing:    

Managing a team of Sales Advisors’, taking responsibility for their performance against KPIs/SLAs and striving for growth.  

Coaching, supporting and training your team, driving activity on a daily basis. 

Setting targets and deadlines 

Implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities, identifying areas of risk and proposing/implementing solutions. 

Recognising and highlighting any operational or financial risks to the Commercial Director in a timely manner. 

Producing regular sales reports for the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders 

Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with colleagues across the business. 

Ensuring your team provides a first-class customer journey, understands the Customer Recovery Process and, when necessary, how to handle customer complaints. 

Promoting ethical selling, ensuring legal requirements are always followed. 

Owning the training and development for your team to ensure continuous improvement. 

Essential Skills and Experience:   

Excellent sales, customer service and customer retention experience 

Strong leadership and management skills 

Ability to plan and organise 

Commercial awareness 

Proven ability to deliver continuous improvement 

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills 

Working in a target driven environment 

**Must be eligible to work in UK
