A wonderful opportunity to join a well established company with a global presence. You will be working from their main office in Royston ensuring that Health & Safety best practice is carried out across the group which has 32 subsidiaries across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Each country has their own SHEQ Manager, you will hold close relationships with this team to promote a positive safety culture within the group.
You will work closely with the HR Director here in the UK and have close relationships with Regional Directors and the wider SHEQ team. You will constantly monitor, evaluate and review local H & S Legislatoin to ensure sites are compliant with the assistance of the country rep and ensure all H & S communications are communicated and implemented.

what we’re looking for.
You must have experience in a H&S role and the ability to influence across a large business right up to Director level. Communication is key in this role as well as the ability to write policies which are clear and concise. You must have complete enthusiasm in what you do as well as gaining enjoyment out of coaching and mentoring team members.
NEBOSH Diploma in H&S and / or Environmental Management is essential for this role.
