Role: Shift Engineer
Location: Jedburgh, Scotland
Salary: £36,500 - £43,000 (Dependent on Grade + shift pattern)
Shift hours: Day shift 3 on 3 off

Daily tasks & duties/responsibilities as a Shift Engineer:
* Scheduling routine maintenance of all plant machinery
* Carrying out PPM
* Electrical fault finding and diagnostics (potentially)
* Servicing plant machinery
* Attending to breakdowns across site
* Working in line with Health and Safety legislation and company rules
* Replacement of faulty parts to plant machinery
Skills required as a Shift Engineer:
* Pure Multi skilled 50/50 is an advantage
* Ideally 18th edition trained if possible
* Strong mechanical working knowledge
* A relevant qualification such as a HNC/HND/City and guilds in Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering
* Proven track record in an FMCG environment is a big advantage
* Strong transferable skills
