I am currently recruiting for a school in South Manchester that are looking to appoint some new one to one Behaviour Mentor with Alternative Provision experience to join their team. The position is on a long term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. These roles are full time.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting students with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a 1-2-1 and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged. Team Teach experience is not essential but desirable and Zones of regulation.
