THE ROLE
Finance /Project Support/ Coordinator -
salary £40k to £45k - excellent bens, 5% pension, free parking plus 10% to 20% bonus
To provide the highest level Admin & Project support to Senior Project Managers
The role holder will have a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data.
The role holder will also demonstrate a high level of initiative as they will work both with internal /external stakeholders
Must have worked in a similar role recently
Key Duties
First point of contact for administering Project Approval Forms, supplier contracts and all other relevant procurement documents.
Responsible for reviewing PAFs, supplier contracts and all other documents before forwarding them for approval.
Track reports and spreadsheets
Responsible for managing and storing all supplier contracts in one place
Pro-actively participate in projects that are managed by PMO.
Pro-actively monitor progress of projects as required.
Manage and raise Purchase Orders
Track Budgets
Provide Administration support & PM support to Senior Project Director and Team
Create maintain and managed the Budget tracker for all Projects, conducting monthly budget review meetings with Teams to ensure all on track
Management of Purchase Orders and Invoices Key Skills
Previously worked as a Project Support Coordinator (Health Service or Medical desirable but not essential)
Ideally worked within a processed driven organisation
Numerate, able to work with budgets and trackers
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience of creating Presentations
you must be able to commute to Uxbridge area
Excellent personal organisation and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Highly competent user of Microsoft Office software products specifically Excel & Power Point.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and to manage conflicting priorities whilst ensuring effective delivery of assigned work-streams.
Be either to work in a Contract to Permanent or direct Permanent role
You must be able to commute to Uxbridge easily hybrid role - 2days in On site
