Store Manager - Guildford | Full Time | Salary up to £30,000 + benefits

Zachary Daniels are excited to be working with an established and long-running business as they look to appoint a Store Manager to continue driving the business forward during a busy time of growth and continued success. Situated in a stunning yet accessible location in Guildford, our client is looking to speak to Retail Management professionals that are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times.

The appointed Store Manager will be working in a busy and fast paced environment and will be responsible for the overall running and management duties of the store. These include (but are not limited to):

Lead from the front to support and manage your team to enable KPIs are achieved.
Set a high standard for customer service across the store.
Strong commercial awareness to help drive and consistently increase sales.
Full responsibility for achieving store targets and results
Create and maintain an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
Continuously develop and support your team and implement succession plans for colleagues and your management team.
Operationally strong and able to oversee all people management duties.
Ensuring high Visual standards at all times across the store.Benefits include
