Reperio Human Capital is a niche recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Northern Ireland, that focuses primarily on the growing technology market in Ireland and the USA.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential for this role, as full training is provided. The initial training period lasts 4-5 weeks and covers all aspects of recruitment. You can expect continuous support and guidance throughout your career from directors, colleagues, and team leaders.

The Opportunity:

As one of our Recruitment Consultants, you'll have the responsibility of managing your own niche market, within the growing technology sector. You will be responsible for networking with key clients, and IT professionals in your market.

Responsibilities:

Advertising live vacancies
Sourcing and screening candidates
Organising interviews and providing feedback
Managing candidate expectations and negotiating salaries/contracts
Building rapport with clients and candidates
Speaking with clients to understand their needs
Generating new business through cold calling and research

Expected earnings:

Year 1 35-45K
Year 2 45-60K+
Year 3 60-90K
Year 4 100K+
