We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading house builder in the Weston Super Mare area. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple residential projects, from feasibility to final account. You will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the house building sector
- A strong knowledge of contract administration, cost reporting, procurement and subcontract management
- A proven track record of delivering profitable projects and achieving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
