Do you have a little bit of Administration expereince with strong customer service skills and looking for a new challenge?
Our client is offering a great opportunity for an Administrator with excellent communication skills to work within their operations division.
The role will be to manage the day-to-day sales and customer service functions within the department
* Implementation of new procedures and systems
* Handling calls into the department, recording any potentially important information and reporting this to the head of department.
* processing of orders
* Dealing with all administrative matters of the department including travel arrangements as required
* Preparing reports and spreadsheets for senior management as requested
* Previous administrative experience
* Highly numerate
* Computer literate specifically Excel
* Good communication skills
* Methodical, organised & multi-tasking and accuracy and attention to detail
* Hard working, self-motivating & able to work on own initiative
* Creative and ‘can-do’ approach
* Team player as well as being able to time manage yourself
