We are currently working with a reputable property developer who specialise in residential refurbishment. They currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.

Candidates must have a proven track record in dealing with residential projects as well as experience of JCT contracts
